陈梦松，出生于1945年1月，字小松，河南省温县陈家沟人。
自幼随家父陈秋雷学太极拳，1957年随太极拳名师二祖父陈照丕学太极拳械理用知识，擅长陈氏太极拳一路、二路、春秋偃刀，梨花枪，白猿棍，单剑，双剑，白腊杆等。1972年开始授徒传艺。
1972——1973年获省运会表演奖。
1973——1979年先后培训陈家沟武术代表队和为期1月的大型陈家沟太极拳普及学习班。同年自创一路太极拳并录像。1981年为日本、新加坡等太极拳代表团来访（再次举办学习班）。1986年在陈家沟为外交部姚广付部长表演太极拳。1982——1984年先后有河南电视台、省体委档案馆、日本电视台、日本太极拳协会等表演太极拳械，并入档案。1984年在《武林》杂志发表《挖掘整理是我职责》发表陈氏太极拳单剑歌诀、双剑歌诀。曾任黄河游览区疗养院武术教练，数拾年培训陈家沟武术队拳械知识。1984年被国际太极拳年会评为十星，入选《陈氏太极拳志》。中央电视台以特别节目播放“陈氏太极拳传人——陈梦松父子表演太极拳”。1997年创立中国陈梦松太极武术总馆任职馆长、总教练。
1999年上海体院研究生、武术博士来访，与其探讨太极拳内劲运转方法及练功法等。中央电视台新影制片中心编导来访，并摄像为“太极世家”。入选中国民间名典《武术名典》，大型国际人才交流典籍，同年6月，河南卫视《当代体育》专题部摄像，并在卫视3台播放。入选中华魂“中国百业领导英才大典”。同年9月9日应全国中老年运动会邀请赛，荣获陈氏太极拳械两个一等奖，两个优秀奖。曾多次受德国、瑞士、新加坡、马来西亚等国团体采访。讲述陈氏太极拳对人体健康的作用，并表演太极拳械。数十年传拳授艺，本着人体结构阴阳易理医学问，筋骨内脏体运动，周身运动腰为轴，手眼身法步与脚系列运动劲气功，急於求成拳有误，横气填胸疾病生，气功偏差速调理。

Resume of ChenXiao Song
Chen Meng Song,also mame of ChenXiao Song,was born in ChenJia Gou,Wen town,which belongs to He-Nan Province,on January 14,1945.He learned Shadow boxing(TaiJi Quan)from his father when he was just a child. Later,in 1957,he followed his grandfather,ChenZhao Pei,who was famous for shadow boxing.He learned ChenShi TaiJi LaoJiaYiLu ErLu ChunQiuYanYueDao LiHuaQiangJiaBaYuanGun DanDao DanJian ShuangJian BaiLaGan single—sword,double—sword,cudgel etc.At the end of 1972,Mr ChenZhao Pei died,ChenXiao Song began to teach Boxing himself.
In August,1972,the first physical arts game of HeNan Province was held in KaiFeng.Mr.Chen performed his shadows boxing as ChenShi TaiJi LaoJiaYiLu ErLu LiHuaQiangJiaBaYuanGun DanDaoDanJian ShuangJian In May 1973,in order to prepare for the Xin Town physical arts games,Mr.Chen was asked to train the representatives of ChenJia Gou.He won a prize on it.In April 1979,the film《The Hometown of Shadow Boxing》was shot in ChenJia Gon.on it,Mr.Chen took charge of the shadow boxing training.In March 1981,representatives of shadows boxing from Japan and Singapore visited ChenJia Gou.Mr.Chen held the training class which had forty-fi ve people.In later years,he performed.shadow boxing,double-sword on TV.One Japan television station also showed his preformance.He published articles about shadow boxing on physical art magazines In November 1984.He has taught shadow boxing in ShangXi,ShangDong,JiangXi province as well as many other provinces in China since the beginning of 1970.He is engaged as shadow boxing instructor for many shadow boxing teams.In November.1983,the central television station showed his performance on the special television programme.In 1993,on the annual meeting of international shadow boxing,he was appointed as one of the ten significant shadow boxing stars.In 1997,he was permitted to set up the ChenMeng Song shadow boxing gymnasium.This is ChenXiao Song,who is famous for his Chinese Boxing.The following is the address and contact number of Mr.Chen.
