（中国太极拳网报道）陈小旺，国家非物质文化遗产项目代表性传承人，世界陈小旺太极拳总会会长。中国武术九段，陈氏第十 九代太极拳掌门人，第七届全国人大代表，河南省第七届政协委员，曾担任河南省武术馆副馆长和河南省陈式太极拳协会主席，河南省武术协会副主席，陈家沟陈氏太极拳协会名誉会长；2012年10月做客央视“文明之旅”栏目并荣获首届“中华之光——传播中华文化年度十大杰出人物”，2013年3月做客央视“华人世界”栏目，并荣获“第二届中华非物质文化遗产传承人薪传奖”；美国国际医药大学(university of east-west medicine)韩国圆光大学等多所国际知名学府的名誉教授；参加中央新闻电影制片厂拍摄的影片《陈氏太极》和河南电视台拍摄的电视片《拳乡行》并出任主演，参与拍摄电影《神丐》并担任该片的武打设计，担任过《太极神功》《少林弟子》等多部影片的艺术顾问；编著了《世传陈氏太极拳》《陈氏三十八式太极拳》等书籍；发表了《拳学阐微》《论陈氏太极拳的五层功夫》《陈氏太极拳的发劲》《陈氏太极拳的抖杆》等多篇论文。
        Chen xiaowang, a representative successor of national intangible cultural heritage, is the chairman of World General Association of Chen Xiaowang Tai Chi. With grade 9 of Chinese martial arts, he is also the 19th generation of master of Chen-style Tai Chi, the NPC representative of 7th session of the National People's Congress and the member of 7th session of CPPCC in Henan Province; he also served as deputy curator of Martial Arts Museum and chairman of Chen-style Tai Chi Association and vice-chairman of Martial Arts Association of Henan province as well as honorary chairman of Chenjiagou Chen-style Tai Chi Association; he was a guest of CCTV column “Journey of Civilization” in October 2012 and was awarded the first session of "Light of China -- Annual Ten Outstanding Characters for Spreading Chinese Culture” and he was a guest of CCTV column "World of Chinese" in March 2013 and was awarded the "Second session of Inheritance Awards for Chinese Non-material Culture Heritage Successor"; he is also the honorary professor of University of East-West Medicine in US, Korean Wonkwang University and many international well-known institutions; besides, he participated and starred in the shooting of film Chen-style Tai Chi produced by Central News Film Studio as well as the film Journey in Fist Village produced by and Henan television station, besides, he participated in the shooting of film Holy Beggar and served as the designer of martial arts in that film, he also served as artistic consultant of many films, such as Tai Chi and Shaolin Disciples etc; he also compiled Handed-down Chen-style Tai Chi and Chen-style 38-pattern Tai Chi etc and published many papers, such as Interpretation of Chinese Boxing, Discussion about the 5-layer Kung Fu of Chen-style Tai Chi, Exerting Strength of Chen-style Tai Chi, Stick-shaking of Chen-style Tai Chi etc.
        先生于1990年远赴国外开拓中国传统武术空间，并积极响应祖国号召成立《世界陈小旺太极拳总会》，巡回世界五大洲弘扬太极拳文化。先生倾毕生之精力致力于太极拳文化的研究、传承与推广工作，并在拳术及理论上为人类贡献了丰硕的成果，即把太极拳由神秘走向科学化。提出一个运动体系分三种运动形式，即通过丹田前后、左右、上下旋转把全身练成以丹田为核心，一动全动，节节贯穿，一气贯通的运动体系，练拳时本着这个原则来缩小运动当中的误差，为之修身；提出运用阴阳哲学思想平衡心理，缩小思想上的误差达到心理平衡，为之养性；明确提出通过习练太极拳能够达到修身养性的目地之核心理论。并提出在教学时需要通过三种语言，即讲诉的语言，肢体的语言，手的语言传输给学生，学生才能真正领会正确的习练方法。先生三十年奔走世界各地，受众达三十余万人，并医治了无数的身体及心理有疾病和创伤的人。先生站在真理的高度以身践行，在传承中把太极这千年的文化落定到人的文明习惯当中并为人类贡献了健康的秘籍。
        In 1990, he went to foreign countries to develop new space for Chinese traditional martial arts and actively responded to the call of motherland to establish the "World Chen Xiaowang Tai Chi Association” and toured world’s five continents to promote Tai Chi culture. He devoted his life to the research, inheritance and promotion of Tai Chi culture and contributed fruitful achievements to mankind in Chinese boxing and its theory, that is to say, he led Tai Chi to develop from mystery to scientization. He puts forward that a movement system shall be divided into three forms of motion, i.e. Train the whole body into a movement system in which one motion affects the whole and one breath runs through the whole with Dantian as the core through front-to-back, left-to-right, up and down rotation of Dantian; practicing shadow boxing in line with this principle can reduce the error in the movement so as to conduct self-cultivation. He also puts forward the use of Yin-Yang philosophical thinking to balance the mentality, the Yin-Yang philosophical thinking can reduce the ideological error to achieve psychological balance so as to conduct nature-cultivation; he clearly puts forward the core theory that practicing Tai Chi can achieve the purpose of self-cultivation. Besides, he puts forward that three kinds of languages are needed during teaching, i.e. the language of the speech, body language and the language of hand, to pass on the knowledge to students so that they can really understand the correct practice method. He has been traveling around the world for 30 years, his audience is up to more than 300,000 people, and he cured countless people with physical and psychological illness and trauma. He stands on the height of truth to practice in person, in the heritage of the Tai Chi, he settles Tai Chi which is a culture with thousands of history into the civilized habits of mankind and contributes the esoterica of health to mankind.

        为了继承和弘扬太极拳文化，把健康早日带给大众让大众受益，一代宗师陈小旺应江西广大太极拳爱好者和新老弟子强烈要求倾情奉献，将于2017年6月20日举办江西首届景德镇陈小旺太极拳高级亲授培训班。课程宗旨是通过学习培训，使学员深入了解陈式太极拳动作招数的含义及实战用法从而达到举一反三的目的；使学员逐步了解太极拳每一招式的动作及要领，从而懂得练功的正确方法，并解决大家在以往习练中遇到的疑难问题，有助于提高太极拳的习练水平，以便学员尽早获得太极拳的技击和健康养生方面的真谛。届时，由世界陈小旺太极拳总会携手江西景德镇分会景德镇太极拳协会归真太极拳馆共同举办。
        In order to inherit and promote the culture of Tai Chi and bring health to the public as soon as possible so as to benefit the public, the grand-master Chen Xiaowang dedicates himself with great enthusiasm upon the strong request of many Tai Chi enthusiasts as well as new and old disciples, the first session of senior Tai Chi training class taught by master Chen Xiaowang will be held on June 20 2017 in Jingdezhen, the City of Porcelain in Jiangxi. The purpose of the course is that, through learning and training, students can have in-depth understanding of the meaning of tricks of Chen-style Tai Chi and their practical usage so as to achieve the purpose of drawing inferences about other cases from one instance; students can gradually understand the motion and main point of each movement of Tai Chi so as to understand the correct method of practicing; students can solve the difficulties encountered in the past practice, which will contribute to improving the practice level of Tai Chi so that they can get the arts of attack and defense of Tai Chi and the true meaning of health regimen as early as possible. At that time, the activity will be jointly organized by the World Chen Xiaowang Tai Chi Association, Jiangxi Jingdezhen Tai Chi Association Branch, Jingdezhen Tai Chi Association and Guizhen Tai Chi Museum.

Jingdezhen Guizhen Tai Chi Museum & the Jingdezhen Branch of World Chen Xiaowang Tai Chi Association is initiated by Zhan Wenbiao, the house disciple of the twelfth generation of successor of Chen-style Tai Chi, master Chen Xiaowang, and it is awarded for establishment by master Chen Xiaowang in person.
